Important Notice
Please do not send any information you do not want shared with others
via letter, e-mail or any other correspondence. It is our policy to check for
potential conflicts of interest prior to receiving confidential information
from you. Because of our duties to existing clients, we reserve the right
to share any information we receive from you unless and until we notify
you that we do not have any conflicts of interest and that we are
willing to receive confidential information from you.
Until we notify you that we have no conflicts of interest, please do not
send any information other than: (1) general nature of your matter
(i.e. divorce, child custody, automobile accident, etc.); (2) Your name;
and (3) Name of spouse, other parent, or other party responsible for
your injury. Once again, please do not provide us with any information
you want kept confidential unless and until we inform you that we have
no conflicts and are willing to receive confidential information from you.
Furthermore, in order to establish an attorney-client relationship with this
office, we require a written retainer agreement that defines the scope of
the representation, which is signed by both the attorney and the client.
Electronic signatures will not suffice to establish an attorney-client
relationship.
This policy is intended to protect the interests of potential new clients
communicating with this office as well as our existing clients.
